Well, after have a little bit of feedback on my videos, I realize now that I didn’t actually spell out how exactly I was going to Lose Weight. So here it goes the “10  weight loss methods for a healthier life” that I will follow.

1. Instead of eating 3 medium to large meals per day, eat 5-6 small meals per day.

2. Try as hard as possible to eat fresh home cooked food rather than processed fast food. But if you end up having to get some fast food, be prepared to make a responsible choice.

3. Exercise for a minimum of 40 minutes per day 4-6 times per week.

4. Combine both Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise into exercise routines.

5. Don’t eat within 3 hours of going to sleep.

6. Switch Up exercise methods every few weeks.(create muscle confusion)

7. If you want to eat a piece of chocolate every once in a while, eat a piece, but only 1 piece. moderation is key.

8. Don’t Just exercise for the sake of exercise. In addition to going to the gym, find a hobby that will allow you to be active and have fun at the same time.

9. Don’t go crazy. Remember, this is a lifelong lifestyle change, don’t do anything that you can’t or aren’t willing to sustain for the rest of your life.

10. Be Proud. Some people get shy or embarrassed about trying to lose weight. There is nothing to be embarrassed about, you are doing something awesome! You are making responsible choices to change and improve your life, and improving your situation is something to be proud of, not embarrassed about.


Keep in mind, that these are the weight loss methods that I am going to be using for my own Journey. These weight loss methods may or may not work for you.
