Let me be straight forward, I have more than a few bad habits. But this week I have noticed a couple habits that really bothered me.
1. I am a mindless fridge zombie! It doesn’t matter if I am hungry or not, If i walk by the fridge I will open it. This is not a good thing, and this is defiantly a habit I need to kick!
2. I don’t chew my food. I inhale it! I need to teach myself to slow down and masticate. If I can learn to do that, I think I will be less prone to over eating.
Alright, now a little bit of good news(or at least I think it is good.) I have had to cut 2 new notches in my belt in the last few weeks, because my pants keep falling down.
