I’ll be cooking and probably posting my first healthy new years recipe either tomorrow or Thursday, so be sure to check back in the next day or two. I talk in todays video a little bit about how I think that it is more important to learn to eat the correct portions rather than just stuffing yourself to the brim with “healthy” low calorie foods. I view this whole weight loss/Health thing as a long term “rest of my life” type of change, and i’d rather learn to eat correctly than just take a shortcut with crappy low-cal food. Enjoy the video:
