Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Hey all, sorry it has been almost 2 weeks since my last entry. I have been both busy and discouraged, but I am back and will be posting regularly again. Let start with this friggin’ delicious pizza recipe.

Dough Ingredients:

2.5 cups of Wheat Flour

1 cup of White Flour

1 tsp sugar

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1.5 cups of Warm Water

1 Packet of Yeast

1 tps salt

Dough Instructions:

Mix sugar and Yeast in the warm water and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Put the Flours and Salt into a Stand Mixer and start mixing. Add your yeast mixture, and your Olive oil. Let dough mix. Add water as needed to get dough to “doughey” ;) consistency. Let rise whilst you prepare the toppings. Once the topping are ready, use a rolling pin to roll the dough out on a well lubricated cookie sheet or pizza pan. Then roll the edges to form a crust.

Toppings Ingredients:

.5 Lbs. Cubed Chicken Breast

6oz Pepperjack Cheese Grated

15 Tablespoons Your Favorite BBQ sauce

Toppings Directions:

Once you cook the chicken combine it with the bbq sauce. Then Evenly spread the chicken/bbq sauce mixture over the rolled out pizza dough. Then Top with your cheese.

Baking Directions:

Bake at 425 Degrees for 17 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and delicious.
