Hey everybody, long time no see. I haven’t posted a video diary on my site for friggin’ ever. I am been in a serious funk for the past month which caused me to kinda get discouraged with this weight loss stuff. But never fear, I had an epiphany last week and I am back and more motivated than ever. I have been exercising every night at home using a stepping block. That makes working out super easy, because I can step whilst i Watch movies. Anyway with my new found motivation I was able to lose 5.4 Lbs. this week. As usual I filmed my weigh in and my diary entry for this week, and here they are:

I have been following your blog for some time now and I am impressed with your results. Keep up the great work and stay strong. I have seen many patients who have stepped off their weight loss paths and fail. I like how you have provided details on your exercise with watching movies. Stay healthy!
