			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello there Internet, How is it going? I am glad to hear it is going good, it is going good for me too. I have dropped to a new weight low at: 358.6 Lbs.!!! Whoo, I am excited! I am going to shoot for the 340&#8242;s this week, and hope to be able to post a few posts this week about why and how I am finished being fat.</p>
<p>Before I post my videos this week, I would like to define some weight loss pledges some are old pledges, and some are new.</p>
<p>Pledge #1: I have said it before, and I am saying it again. I am finished being fat! I am done being lazy, and done being content with being overweight. Being fat and overweight totally friggin&#8217; sucks. and I am done with it.</p>
<p>Pledge #2: I will exercise at minimum 40 minutes everyday. I have been able to do this every day this week, but I haven&#8217;t been doing it in the weeks previous to this last week. I need to stay dedicated to exercise.</p>
<p>Pledge #3: I won&#8217;t be embarrased by the fact that I am losing weight. For some reason I get very shy and timid about admitting to losing weight. For some reason I used to think that it was some for of weakness to want to improve my life. I am over that stupid adolecsent belief, and I am not afraid to admit it.</p>
<p>Pledge #4: I am going to stay true to my word in my goal to compete in a triathalon this year. I will still compete in my triathalon this year, and I will finish with a semi-decent time.</p>
<p>Pledge #5: I will actually follow through with my pledges. I have a history of getting super excited about reaching my goals for about 3 weeks, and then i usually get discouraged, and give up. Not this time, I have been working on losing weight for longer than ever before this time, and I am going to keep it going.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey everybody, long time no see. I haven&#8217;t posted a video diary on my site for friggin&#8217; ever. I am been in a serious funk for the past month which caused me to kinda get discouraged with this weight loss stuff. But never fear, I had an epiphany last week and I am back and more motivated than ever. I have been exercising every night at home using a stepping block. That makes working out super easy, because I can step whilst i Watch movies. Anyway with my new found motivation I was able to lose 5.4 Lbs. this week. As usual I filmed my weigh in and my diary entry for this week, and here they are:</p>

<blockquote><p><strong>Beef Gyros</strong></p>
<p>1 lb. super lean ground beef</p>
<p>1 red onion</p>
<p>2 cloves garlic</p>
<p>1/3 of a cucumber</p>
<p>1 cup plain yogurt</p>
<p>salt</p>
<p>pepper</p>
<p>milk</p>
<p>2 roma <span style="background-color: #ffffff;">tomatoes</span></p>
<p>pocket-less pitas</p>
<p>First make the Tziki sauce, to do this combine 1 clove diced garlic, 1/4 red onion chopped, and 1/3 cucumber chopped, 1 cup yougur, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of milk. Store this mixutre in the fridge while you prepare the meat.</p>
<p>Now combine 1/8 red onion chopped, 1 diced garlic clove, 1 lb beef, and 1/2-3/4 tbsp of salt. after throughly mixing this combination, separate into three patties.</p>
<p>cook all three patties. Once cooked sliced the patties into strips.</p>
<p>Now take 1/2 red onion and 2 roma tomatoes and slice them to top the gyros.</p>
<p>put 1 patties worth of meat into a pita, and now top with sliced onion, tomatos, and tziki sauce. Roll the pita and consume!</p></blockquote>

I view this whole weight loss/Health thing as a long term &#8220;rest of my life&#8221; type of change, and i&#8217;d rather learn to eat correctly than just take a shortcut with crappy low-cal food. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Let me be straight forward, I have more than a few bad habits. But this week I have noticed a couple habits that really bothered me. </p>
<p>1. I am a mindless fridge zombie! It doesn&#8217;t matter if I am hungry or not, If i walk by the fridge I will open it. This is not a good thing, and this is defiantly a habit I need to kick!</p>
<p>2. I don&#8217;t chew my food. I inhale it! I need to teach myself to slow down and masticate. If I can learn to do that, I think I will be less prone to over eating.</p>
<p>Alright, now a little bit of good news(or at least I think it is good.) I have had to cut 2 new notches in my belt in the last few weeks, because my pants keep falling down.</p>
